Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Prority Mail with tracking and delivery notification without a signature request. Upon shipping a link to track your package online will be email to your provided email address.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees may vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the returns item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1. Login to your EyeSparkles account
Note: An account must be created before returns can be processed. If you do not have account click here Guest Tracking . Enter your order information and follow the instructions to convert to your Guest Account to an EyeSparkles account.
2. Click on History and details of my orders
3. Click on Details next to the order for return
4. Check the box next to the item(s) to be returned along with the quantity
5. Provide a reason for returning the item(s)
6. Click the button Make a RMA slip
7. EyeSparkles will review the return request and email you a Return Merchandise slip and shipping instructions.
8. Upon receiving and inspection of the returned item(s) we will:
a) issue a credit back to your credit card (minus shipping & handling fees) along with an email confirmation OR
b) provide a credit slip.
9. A status of your return status can be seen from clicking on My merchandise returns
Condition of Item
- The item must be in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Items will be inspect by our personnel to determine the condition of the item.
- Returns are processed 5-10 business day
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
